We are committed to you and your care. We are pleased to inform you that we have reached an agreement with UnitedHealthcare in Ohio and Florida. We continue to discuss a new agreement with UnitedHealthcare in Nevada.

Patients in Ohio and Florida

We are pleased to share that Cleveland Clinic and UnitedHealthcare have reached an agreement and you can continue to receive care at Cleveland Clinic as an in-network facility.

Patients in Nevada

We continue to actively work on a new agreement with UnitedHealthcare in Nevada.

  • Commercial (employer-sponsored) plans: If an agreement cannot be reached, starting Nov. 27, 2021 your financial responsibility may increase because your insurance will no longer cover care received at Cleveland Clinic as an in-network facility.
  • Medicare Advantage plans: If an agreement cannot be reached, starting Jan. 1, 2022 your financial responsibility may increase because your insurance will no longer cover care received at Cleveland Clinic as an in-network facility.

We remain committed to you and your care. We will continue working with UnitedHealthcare to try to reach an agreement.
